These terms apply to sales on propertymaintenance.co by Complete Property Maintenance, ABN 19 804 027 208, NSW 2565, Australia. They are governed by the law of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia, including the Australian Consumer Law. They are not legal advice.

Goods and prices

Catalogue prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. The amount charged is calculated on the server from the catalogue price, the quantity you selected, and flat Australian freight of $20.00 AUD per order. That freight is shown before you pay and is included in the PayPal total.

Payment

You pay on PayPal. This site does not collect card numbers. A completed PayPal capture is the record of payment. There is no order journal on this website. Refunds are processed in PayPal.

Consumer guarantees

ACL guarantees apply and cannot be excluded. If a guarantee is not met, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as the law provides.
